2026 Taiwan STM: Day 6
Dear all,
Praise the Lord for a smooth VBS Day 4 and a well-attended Gospel Night!
Despite a few minor incidents, the VBS program continued to run well today, and about 80% of our camp students attended the Gospel Night outreach event with their families. Vicky and I shared our testimonies, and our youth crew leaders presented the "Sin Chair" skit after countless rehearsals. Towards the end of the program, students from Beirong Church, the Taichung Hagay District (aboriginal children), and Canaan led everyone in singing "Jesus Loves Me" in Taiwanese, Atayal, English, and Mandarin. It was a touching moment to see and hear children from different backgrounds, cultures, and languages praising the Lord together.
We would greatly appreciate your prayers for the following:
- That our entire team will finish Day 5 of VBS strong, sustained by God's strength.
- That God's Word and His love will remain in the students' hearts long after the camp ends.
- That we will clean up the church efficiently before enjoying our celebration dinner together.
- That our return travel on July 11 will not be affected by Typhoon BAVI.
Photo of the Day: Students joyfully jumped on stage as they performed the actions to the song "You Know Me" during Gospel Night.
I am deeply thankful for all the prayers that have supported us throughout this year's STM. May God continue to use each of us for His kingdom and remember your faithful prayers on behalf of our team.
Blessings,
Jenny
