- Healing and strength for those team members who are feeling unwell.
- Continued health and protection for the entire team.
- Lighter rain for the remainder of the week.
- Safe travels for students and their families commuting to and from camp.
- That the weather would not hinder students from returning and participating in the rest of the camp.
Dear Prayer Warriors,
Thank you so much for your faithful prayers.
I am excited to share that Benson will join Danica in sharing their testimonies during Friday’s gospel event. Please continue to lift them up in prayer as they prepare to share how God has worked in their lives.
Despite today’s challenging weather, we praise God that 16 more students joined us, bringing the total to 73 students. It’s a joy to see the students becoming more engaged in the activities. All the stations ran smoothly today, and our crew leaders continue to serve with great enthusiasm and care, praise the Lord for their dedication.
The rain began just before our opening session but, thankfully, it didn’t cause much disruption. We were able to keep the worship hall dry and carry on as planned. However, the rain intensified throughout the day, especially when students needed to move to the nearby school for other stations. Thankfully, due to yesterday’s experience with milder weather, we had already developed a transportation protocol that allowed us to adapt quickly and ensure everyone’s safety.
Some team members have started to show symptoms of illness, likely due to getting wet in the rain yesterday. Today’s rain was even heavier and unrelenting. The forecast indicates continued heavy rain for the rest of the week.
Please join us in prayer for the following:
- Healing and strength for those team members who are feeling unwell.
- Continued health and protection for the entire team.
- Lighter rain for the remainder of the week.
- Safe travels for students and their families commuting to and from camp.
- That the weather would not hinder students from returning and participating in the rest of the camp.
Blessings,
Mingyuan
