1. Our August 9 all-church sacrament service welcomes new Canaan members by adult baptism for Kathy Lin, Henry (Huai-Suen) Shiau, and Sophia Lay; and by transfer of membership for Tony (Meng-Yu) Chung and Ya-Hsiu Yang.
2. EPL and Citizens will host a joint fellowship event on August 9th for all incoming/current college students and recent graduates. The gathering begins at 4pm at Arthur and Vicki’s home, and food will be provided. Contact Arthur or Jack for more information.
3. The next Session meeting will be on August 9 at 1:30pm in room 223. Please pray for the pastors and elders.

For the 2026–2027 school year, the Taiwan Seminary Student Scholarship Fund will provide scholarships to 55 seminary students in Taiwan with financial need, enabling them to continue their theological training and prepare for future ministry. We warmly invite you to support this ministry through your prayers and financial giving. If you feel led to contribute, please make your donation by September 30 and note "Taiwan Seminary Student Scholarship Fund" in the memo line of your check or online giving.

The Mission Committee will host a T-shirt fundraiser during lunchtime today (8/2) in the Fellowship Hall to support Pastor Richard Roberts and his CFM (Come Follow Me) mission team from the Northeast coast in Taiwan. We invite everyone to support their three-week mission on the U.S. West Coast through your prayers and financial contributions.

1. We just wrapped up a wonderful week of VBS Summer Camp.  Praise God for the kids, families, and volunteers who joined us to learn about the nature of God - who God is! Thank you for supporting us with your prayers and/or your time and energy.

4. Following a series of severe, powerful earthquakes in Venezuela on June 24, 2026, Canaan donated $12,000 from the benevolent fund to assist earthquake victims through Catholic Relief Services.
