2025 Taiwan STM - Day 10
Prayer Request
- Favorable weather that will not interrupt any camp activities.
- Safe arrival and full attendance of all registered students.
- Smooth transitions between stations, especially moving between the church and school.
- Open hearts among students to receive the gospel.
Dear Prayer Warriors,
Thank you so much for your faithful prayers. We praise God that the typhoon passed quickly and did not affect our ministry.
This week, our second week of camp is underway. The opening and closing stations are held in the church worship hall, while the other four stations are located at the nearby elementary school, just a 5-minute walk away.
We completed the worship hall decorations for the opening and closing yesterday. Although heavy rain this morning prevented us from decorating the school classrooms as originally planned, we were able to adjust the schedule, swapping morning and afternoon activities. We held rehearsals and practice in the church worship hall during the morning, and thankfully, the rain stopped after lunch, allowing us to go to the school for classroom decorations and to do a dry run of tomorrow’s full program.
The weather remains humid and windless following the typhoon, and we expect similar conditions over the next few days. With the rain easing, mosquitoes have become more active, especially in the afternoons, and many of us have gotten bitten.
Despite the challenges, we are ready and excited to serve in this second week of camp. The picture of today is the elementary school where we hold 4 VBS stations.
Please continue to pray for:
- Favorable weather that will not interrupt any camp activities.
- Safe arrival and full attendance of all registered students.
- Smooth transitions between stations, especially moving between the church and school.
- Open hearts among students to receive the gospel.
Blessings,
Mingyuan
