Children's Worship is a worship service for the elementary school age children (grades 1-6). This worship service is a large group time of learning about God through songs, message, and activities.

Starting on 9/19/2010, Children’s Worship will join English Worship service (2nd Floor) for singing praise songs. We look forward to enriching the worship experience for kids in this partnership. Parents in Mandarin and Taiwanese services are welcome to join your child in attending the English Service, but
your presence is not mandatory. Your child will be looked after by Children’s Worship coworkers. Please drop off your elementary age child upstairs at 11am. After the praise time portion, all Children’s Worship kids will come downstairs and be split into 2 age groups for messages and activities (1st-3rd
grade and 4th-6th grade).

ANNOUNCEMENTS (see latest announcements at http://canaankids.wordpress.com/important-announcements/):
BEING ON TIME. This is an important lesson for your children. Arriving on time teaches them that church is important and that the time they spend here is valuable. It also shows respect for the teachers, pastors, and other children. When children enter late, it disrupts the flow of the morning, and they may have difficulty joining the class/service already in progress. Children who are picked up late may become anxious about being the "last" one left. Help your children understand the importance of being on time, and they will carry this lesson throughout their lives.
CHILDREN'S PLAYROOM. Please remember that parents should supervise their own children in the playroom.
FOR PARENTS: DISCIPLINE POLICY
